(ReliableNews.org) – Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) have been feuding for quite some time. In the wake of the January 6 incident on Capitol Hill, the congresswoman even accused the senator of trying to have her killed. Now, the two are at it again.
On April 1, AOC and Cruz got into an argument about who was to blame for the border crisis. The Texas senator said illegal immigration was at a 45-year low during the final year of Donald Trump’s presidency, but President Joe Biden’s policies have put it at a 20-year high. AOC baselessly accused Cruz of being “all puff” and not having an immigration policy. She then launched a personal attack, saying Mexico should ban him from entering the country the next time he runs from his job. The Democrat was referencing his trip down south during the Texas storms.
Ted, this is pretty rich coming from someone who fled their own home (and responsibilities) during an environmental crisis to cross the border and seek refuge in Mexico.
Also you funded cages, expanded cages, and yet you’re complaining about cages. You have no policy, just puff. https://t.co/0MI8oU0EtQ

Cruz has always been against illegal immigration and a strong supporter of legal migration. Meanwhile, AOC attacked Trump for his policy of detaining migrants, but she has all but ignored Biden’s similar policy. Her latest Twitter rant was more deflection to hide the fact that she spent four years being a hypocrite.
