(ReliableNews.org) – In the months leading up to the presidential election Joe Biden was asked if he supported packing the court. He dodged the questions for weeks, until he finally admitted he supported federal court reforms. Recently, he began a process to start those reforms.
On April 9, Biden announced an executive order that forms the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States. The commission is tasked with analyzing the arguments for reforming the high court and including an “appraisal of the merits and legality” of those reforms. In other words, the president wants to see if he could add more justices to the court. Commission members are not paid, but they will be reimbursed for travel expenses.
Packing the Supreme Court? Is this committee going to get free reign or is this gonna be another executive order.
Just wish there was someone who told us all of this was gonna happen.

It’s unclear what reforms Biden could legally implement. Any changes to the courts would have to go through Congress and there are still very few lawmakers on either side of the aisle who are willing to pack the Supreme Court or make any other changes. It looks like Biden’s commission is just another example of the president wasting money in order to appease the radical Left.
