Ex-White House Doctor Questions Biden’s Fitness for Another President Term

(ReliableNews.org) – Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) served as the White House doctor under former Presidents Barack Obama and Donald Trump. After a fraught nomination process to head the Department of Veterans Affairs, Jackson left his position and ran for Congress. Still, he has some medical opinions about what’s happening these days.

Jackson appeared on “Fox & Friends” to discuss President Joe Biden. According to the congressman, he believes the president doesn’t have “the cognitive ability to do the job.” further, he said the president has also “degenerated” since taking office in 2021.

The 81-year-old president has faced speculation from the Left and the Right over whether he is too old to run for office again. He’s already the oldest to ever serve in office. He also makes a lot of mistakes when he’s speaking, also sparking concerns.

Jackson, who is not Biden’s doctor, alleged the president has people surrounding him who are “inappropriately encouraging him” to run for POTUS again “because it builds up who they are and what they do.” The former White House doctor claimed the president “can’t do the job,” and it’s proven every day that he isn’t “capable of doing this job anymore.”

This isn’t the first time Jackson has made those claims. The Trump supporter has repeatedly spoken out against the president. In June, after Biden tripped and fell, he claimed the president wasn’t “fit mentally or physically.” He told Fox News that he was “too old” to inspire confidence, claiming he doesn’t have the physical ability to run the country. He even went as far as to say it was a major national security concern for the US.

The current White House doctor, Kevin C. O’Connor, has not raised any concerns about the president’s wellbeing. The retired Army colonel released Biden’s health report in February. He said the POTUS is “fit for duty, and fully executes all of his responsibilities without any exemptions or accommodations.”
