Home Prices Jump 5.7% Under Trump Administration

(ReliableNews.org) – The pandemic has hurt many industries, but the housing market is in very good shape. In fact, under President Donald Trump’s leadership, it’s thriving.

On Tuesday, October 27, S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller US National Home Price NSA Index was updated and showed housing prices are up 5.7% in 2020. According to Craig Lazzara, an executive at S&P Dow Jones Indices, the fact that the market is up in “even the worst-performing cities” shows how strong it is.

Builder confidence also hit a high in October.

This is great news for the president as the country heads to the polls. The country is recovering from the economic damage left in the wake of COVID-19, and everything is looking up. The stock market is performing well. Unemployment is down, the housing market is up, and consumer confidence is high. The country is heading in the right direction.

In less than a week, the American people will decide if President Trump will have an opportunity to continue that success.
