New Election Audit in Pennsylvania Likely, Report States

(ReliableNews.org) – Pennsylvania was one of the most controversial states in the 2020 election. Former President Donald Trump won the state in 2016, shocking the country. Until that point, the state was part of the “blue wall,” one of several that almost always went to the democrats. In the 2020 election the state flipped back to blue, but some believe it was the result of voter fraud and did not happen legitimately. Now, Pennsylvania could become the location of the next election audit.

On June 18, The Philadelphia Inquirer reported that state Senator David Argall (R ), who is the chair of the Senate State Government Committee, said he supports an Arizona-style election audit. The lawmaker said he doesn’t see a problem with doing another review of the state’s election results to “try to answer the concerns that people have.” The state already held one audit earlier this year confirming President Joe Biden’s win.

Trump would like another audit, as well and released a statement about it last week.

Argall said the results are what they are, but he wants a full and detailed audit. When the other one took place, the public did not get that report. He went on to say that there is a “very real possibility” an audit will take place.
