(ReliableNews.org) – The United States spent the last year living with harsh COVID-19 restrictions. Now that the country is finally getting back on its feet, the Biden administration is potentially risking everything. And for what?
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) released a letter he sent to Dr. Anthony Fauci about the potential spread of the COVID-19 due to lax border procedures. As President Biden’s chief medical advisor, the buck should stop with Fauci.

As Graham explained in his letter, “tens of thousands” of Central American migrants are flooding across the border and at least 10% of them test positive for COVID-19. Due to overcrowding at border detention facilities, the Biden administration adopted the practice of quickly releasing them, sometimes “thousands of miles” from the border.
Graham wrote that he felt the current catch and release procedures “are undercutting” the nationwide effort “to control the spread of COVID-19.” Therefore, he was asking Dr. Fauci to visit the border and evaluate the situation.
Graham raised some serious questions in his letter. Is Biden administration policy stopping the spread of COVID-19 throughout the US? Is it speeding up its spread? Has the act of crossing the nation’s southern border turned into a “COVID Super-Spreader event?” Hopefully, Dr. Fauci takes him up on his request and finds some answers before it’s too late.
