Rick Scott Wants Eric Swalwell Removed From House Intel Committee

(ReliableNews.org) – Conservative firebrand Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) isn’t known for holding back his opinion on important matters. The last few days, he’s shredded progressive policies championed by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).

Most recently, he unleashed a firestorm on Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) over her efforts to hold the COVID-19 relief package hostage from the House floor on Wednesday, December 9, as you can see in the two-part clip below.

As Crenshaw explained, Pelosi took a “heartless” approach to negotiating relief for working Americans. According to Crenshaw, her strategy involved denying COVID relief to hurt President Donald Trump and fellow Republicans.

Continuing, he pointed out that even members of her own party asked her to pass the stripped-down measure supported by Democrats and Republicans alike and address other concerns like funding for local governments until 2021. She refused, saying ‘nothing’ is better than what Republicans were offering.

Current relief measures covering unemployment and other measures are set to expire before the end of the year. It’s time for Democratic leaders like Pelosi to sit down with Republicans and sort out a compromise measure or get out of the way of others willing to put America first.
