(ReliableNews.org) – Conservative voters have been calling on their elected officials to do something about the alleged voter fraud that took place during the 2020 election. President Donald Trump is still fighting in the courts, but that isn’t enough. However, recently, one senator said he thinks people should go to jail.
During a visit to Savannah, Georgia on December 19, Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) said Republicans are trying to defend the Constitution. He was speaking to a crowd at a campaign event for the GOP senators in the state. He said voter fraud needs to end and the people who commit it need to go to jail.

Georgia is one of the states where there were alleged cases of voter fraud. In Fulton County, election officials lost their jobs after reporting suspicious activity at the polls. The only way lawmakers will get to the bottom of the allegations is if the Senate remains in Republican control. The Peach State’s runoff election is on January 5th, and GOP voters will need to get to the polls en masse to make that happen.
