(ReliableNews.org) – President Donald Trump has been pushing Congress to pass a stimulus bill for months. On October 6, he grew so frustrated with the Democratic Party’s refusal to compromise he called off talks but restarted them a couple of days later. He’s letting lawmakers know he wants to sign an aid package for the American people.
On Thursday, October 15, the president said he’s “ready to sign” a stimulus package. He urged Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) to approve a bill.
Nancy Pelosi couldn’t care less about the American People or the great American Worker. She should approve needed STIMULUS now. Most other Dems agree. Republicans are ready to go, I am ready to sign!!!

During a conference call with Democrats on Tuesday, Pelosi said she was basically holding a stimulus bill hostage because it gives the party “leverage.” She refuses to do anything even as members of her caucus urge the congresswoman to act.
Meanwhile, the president just wants to help the people who desperately need it, like a leader is supposed to do.
